Account Sales Manager – Apple Enterprise

Position Summary:
The Account Sales Manager Apple Enterprise is responsible for the sales, gross profit and commercial partnership with key enterprise accounts.
The role is responsible for sales of all Apple categories and commercial integration activities between Exertis and the accounts optimising value for both Exertis and the account.
The Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining the relationships between Exertis and Apple enterprise, developing new market opportunities and continually adding value to the enterprise partners.
Ultimately, the role will have end-to-end commercial and account responsibility for Apple Enterprise Accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new sales opportunities as well as providing commercial support for all Apple existing accounts maximizing contribution and revenue, whilst dealing with customer and vendor queries effectively balancing cost, effort, and service.
• Achieve and exceed sales and selected working capital targets set through tight management of the P&L of the department, delivering against the annual budget and ensuring that all costs are tightly managed.
• Implement Apple pricing strategies that will deliver the Apple GP budget.
• Responsible for accurate bottom-up account sales planning, forecasting for the Enterprise customers.
• Ensuring the Apple DEP and Apple Care portals are updated and working effectively for the Enterprise customers. 
• Oversee the Enterprise customer forecasts and weekly analysis of same.
• Be responsible for all aspects of NPI launches including pricing, allocations of stock, ensuring no breaches of the NPI process.
• Report on brand performance and identify any opportunities.
• Understand the macro environment, competitors, industry trends, shopper dynamics and Enterprise landscape.
• Increase customer satisfaction across Apple accounts by developing positive, professional, sustainable and advantageous relationships with customers and Apple. In tandem, develop an account specific strategy and tactic that enables the maximization of these relationships to drive volume and profit.
• Is an integral part of the Apple contract negotiating team.
• Performance manage and develop direct reports.
• Drive innovation and process improvement within the total Exertis Apple business.
• Input into weekly Apple forecast meeting where sales out and to go forecasts by customer are analysed.
