RPA Support Administrator

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, the RPA Support role is crucial in creating detailed process documentation and maintaining an up-to-date overview of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process statuses. Additionally, the role involves providing primary documentation support for the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance function within the business.


Key Responsibilities
• Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop detailed process documentation and workflows for existing and new RPA processes.
• Gather Business Requirements: Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
• Identify and Mitigate Issues: Identify issues and risks within process flows, proposing and implementing solutions to mitigate these risks.
• GDPR Compliance: Ongoing maintenance and updating of GDPR documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Data Team Support: Provide backup support to the Data Team as needed, assisting with various data-related tasks and projects.
• Cross-functional Participation: Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions, contributing to the success of the business.
