Sales Executive- Technology

Role Profile:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for quoting and closing sales deals via email and phone and maintaining good customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
• Contact existing customers to inform them about our range of product and value add services
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements in order to quote and close sales
• Keep a record of all prospects and submit Outlooks to the sales manager weekly
• Inputting Orders onto SAP and update customer information in the database in an accurate manner.
• Ensure your customer base is kept up to date with backorders and etas
• Ownership of accounts is a key responsibility
• meet and exceed assigned sales revenue targets and quotas
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as sales executive or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quote and revenue growth
• Excellent computer literacy with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel as a must
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
